SHIPPING

  • We ship orders directly from our facility Monday through Friday from 9am-4pm (Pacific Time).
  • We generally ship all items within 1 or 2 business days of our receipt and acceptance of an order.
  • Products are sent through the United States Postal Service. Once an order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. By the next business day, will be able to follow your package up to and including the point of delivery.

  • EXPEDITED ($1.99): USPS PRIORITY (2-3 Days)

Any delivery date estimates are based only on estimates provided by the respective carrier and may vary. Medibliss is not responsible for delays or for non-performance resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of any government or acts of God.

DAMAGED PACKAGE / DEFECTIVE ITEM
We allow 5 business days from the date of delivery to notify us if there is any type of defect with a product or damage due to handling. If we aren’t notified of defects or damages within the five-day window, it is understood that the package and products were in good condition upon delivery.

Credit card orders will be refunded to the card used at the time the eligible order was placed. Returns must be received within 10 days of pre-paid shipping return label request or within 31 days of original product order date, whichever is first. If you have any questions about our return policy or about a specific return, please contact us.

To request cancelation of an order, please email us at support@medibliss.com. As long as the order has not been processed for shipping, we are happy to accept such requests.
